JB T&M Bill Edit - Field Ticket Tab

You put a tab on the bills so we could see what field tickets have detail records on the bill. It sure would be nice if you could populate the tab with the Field Ticket details now. This list is always blank for us even thought I know Field Ticket records are listed on the bill.
