Rehire dates are currently not able to be tracked. The Hire date reflects the most recent. In industries with a lot of employee turnover, this value is needed as headcount is the basis of many HR metrics.

This is such an important function. Construction is very seasonable and we are constantly laying off and rehiring the same employees weeks or months later.
This is specifically needed for ACA reporting. We have a large volume of variable hour employees, and we are required to track hours under ACA to determine benefits eligibility. We've had to do a lot of customization within the system to help with visibility on this, but it would be nice if Viewpoint had something out of the box. It's a huge pain!
