It would be nice to be able to add a dollar amount to the AP Prenote/Test file so that you can verbally confirm that the receiving company has actually received your ACH/EFT transmission. The amount of fraud that has occurred recently is driving the issue that there should be some dual authentication for banking information before real AP transactions are processed.
