PO Shipping Locations should have the ability to be active or not. Currently to remove a location you will need to run a sql query to find all POs where a location is listed on POs and remove it before you are able to delete a PO Shipping Location. If you do not delete the location, users can continue to select the location. Creating an Active YN box for each shipping location would greatly simplify things.
