Make Automatic Invoice Entry a one-stop shop. The whole idea would be for the person to do all the input online, rather than half online and then have to follow up with each one in Vista.

Agreed. Having to then go to Vista and open the invoice attachment to complete the information is clumsy and time consuming. This has added steps to our process instead of eliminating them.
