We have decided to uncheck the "Allow transactions to exceed PO's current total cost" button so our invoices are not exceeding total PO forcing our teams to manage POs better, and forcing them to write change orders accordingly. That being said, there needs to be a way certain individuals can override certain POs so that they can exceed POs. We do vast amount of equipment rentals, fuel, and surcharge POs in which the exact cost can't be captured and we need to leave some line items 'open'. Right now it looks like it's an all or nothing function that affects all POs.
