We just set up AP Automatic invoice entry, but the portal does not allow the selection of a job or GL account, which is need to route the invoice for approval. Please add. These are fields in AP Unapproved Invoice entry.

Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
I agree, adding the ability to add Job numbers or GL codes would be a time saver as long as it would create the lines with that information.
This would round out the portal and be far more efficient from a processing standpoint. Currently, the portal functions well but without these two fields there is still manual intervention within Vista for every single invoice that is routed.
