At times, we may need to credit the customer for an overbilling of an SM Agreement. The void capability isn't what we're looking for, as we may need to credit only a portion of a previous invoice(s). We also need to provide the customer with a copy of this negative invoice or credit memo, so voiding and re-invoicing does not work for this.
