Business-level, non-IT personnel who are responsible for User Profile setups in Vista need the ability to manage user passwords and password reset requests from the Vista front-end without having to rely on IT personnel to be available to connect to the SQL backend directly. Vista Administrators need the ability to manage all aspects of Vista from the front end and be empowered to support the normal business users on their own.
