We are moving Vista from a remote server to the cloud, as thats what trimble is making us all do. We have the test environment set up, which has just been shooting up error codes anytime anything has tried to be done. Instead of us having a designated team to help with the Migration, we have a "Program Manager" who tells us to log support cases for every error code that pops up. They said it is needed to be done that way for organization purposes. On any other software implementation We have ever done We have received a designated engineer that helps with the implementation process. A one point of contact that can help us immediately, the program manager wont even give out their number for emergencies, they only accept emails
