Once a billing has been done on a sequence as a flat price you can no longer use any line that has been created for T&M billing purposes. Sometimes quotes go over and extras need to be billed. If the extras are built into the original sequence, and the flat price billing has been used, those lines are unusable for an additional billing. If we were able to change the cost lines to a new sequence that could be T&M there would be no need to retype all the lines again for a sell price.
