We have Agreements that are used for recurring billing and a service we provide but it isn't preventive ... meaning we don't want to set a Service schedule for it.
Therefore we are requesting an option on the SM Service -> Schedule tab to be able to have None as a recurring pattern.

Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
I found a way to do this. If you mark on the Service tab Monthly and pick the 3rd radio button, you can then not pick any months and it won't generate a Work Order.
