I would like the ability to restrict certain vendors to only be seen by admins. For example, we cut distribution checks to trust accounts, and profit sharing and I do not want our AP department to see those amounts. There could be a check box in AP Vendors that could allow this vendor activity to only be seen by someone with admin rights....something like that. I don't care if they see the vendor name, I just don't want them seeing amounts. I also want to give PM's and Compliance access to some of the AP reports, but I can't because I don't want them seeing confidential information on certain vendors.

Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
As work around we found was to create a confidential AP company and restrict security the confidential company
