This should start with include all unposted batches and not show my batches only. The reason for this is that when using the portal for time entry it auto creates the time entry batches when a pay period is opened in Vista. The default setting currently is causing the creation of unused batches each week because the PR department isn't seeing them unless they change the settings. It would be more useful and cleaner to require a user, change the setting to create a new batch instead of remembering to go look for existing batches that can be used.
