As part of the expected workflow of a Field Ticket from the Web Portal (Viewpoint Field Management) to Vista, a "snapshot" PDF of an approved Field Ticket is saved to JC Contracts at the time of its approval. It would be beneficial, for billing purposes, to be able to replace / update this attached Field Ticket if any Payroll corrections are made to the time entry associated with said Field Ticket. As it stands now, if the Field Ticket itself needs to be used for billing purposes, AR / Billing Teams must download the Field Ticket from Viewpoint Field Management as opposed to referencing what is attached to JC Contracts. This is because when accessing a Field Ticket from Viewpoint Field Management, the Field Ticket is dynamically generated based off of the contents of the Field Ticket along with what timecard lines have been associated with it, including any changes / additions. Being able to leverage JC Contracts instead would be ideal, due to the various other reports (e.g. JC Field Ticket Status) that could be utilized to enhance a team's processes. This would also save them numerous steps in their work.
