Aatrix ID in PR Employees Should be Automatic or a new Company Parameter should prevent manual entry

An update to Vista changed where Aatrix pulls "Employee Main Work Zip Code" when filing state SUTA. In previous versions, Aatrix automatically populated the zip code from a setup screen. In that version, all employees showed up as having the same "Employee Main Work Zip Code". In its current version, that zip code must either be

1) manually entered for each employee in the Aatrix filing,

2) manually entered at the top of each page of the Aatrix filing in a field called "If all employees have the same Work Zip Code, enter here to copy to all employees", or

3) manually entered within Vista in PR Employees on the tab "Aatrix ID Values".

Two of these options (manually entering by employee in Aatrix and manually entering within Vista on the Aatrix ID tab) are very time consuming and when filing for dozens or hundreds of employees, this is wasted time.

The option to manually enter to all employees if they have the same work zip is faster but you have to enter on all pages. When there are dozens or hundreds of pages, that is still wasted time. Further, you may need to change the main work zip because even though filing for a single state you may need to identify a different zip for different employees; so, you are back to manual entry for all employees.

Vista or Aatrix should solve this problem and have the main work zip be automatically populated from available information in other setups.

I could see a simple solution in Aatrix when filing for these states to have a question to "override Aatrix ID values for SUTA filing?" and have a fill in the blank for a single zip to be applied to all employees. If an employer wants to have multiple zip codes, they can do that through Aatrix ID Values in PR Employees or by manually changing the zip for those employees directly in the Aatrix filing.

I could also see an option in PR Employees that allows Main Work Zip Code to be a part of the PR Employee setup which could be in the section of "Work Office" on the Info tab, where the default zip code could also automatically populate from PR Company Parameters where on the "State/Local" tab Vista could add a box for Main Work Zip Code which could then pull into Aatrix.

Bottom line is the current version requires wasted time for a feature that used to be automatic.
