We are working with large amounts of data and the Work Center Query created is only showing the top 1000 records. When you filter in the grid, it is filtering only within those 1000 records and not fetching new records from the server.
Suggest adding a Refresh button to allow you to refetch the records from the server using the current filters. Another option is to allow parameters to the query that are not dropdowns and allow for the users to enter values or partial values to filter the data.

While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
I tried increasing the number of record to make it useful and it just gives an out of memory error. Not useful without this feature.
