PM Cost Projections - Over/Under Unit Cost

It appears that the Over/Under Cost is not calculating appropriately. Our understanding is that a Estimated Unit Cost of $100 with and Final Unit Cost of $150 would yield and Over/Under Unit Cost of -$50. However this has not been the case in practice. When properly setup with column would be a key performance indicator for most unit price type contracts.
