Vendor Memo Copy to PO

We have a vendor that would like a memo automatically copied to the Purchase Order to instruct those picking up the good on some specific instructions. I don't see a way to do this. NOTE: The technicians will be picking up the goods mostly so the information needs to be visible in Vista Field Service.
