When entering payroll the majority of entries require the certified payroll box to be unchecked. It is defaulted to every line being checked so we have to uncheck 95% of our entries. If this box could be changed to default of being unchecked, we would only need to check the few that are required and we wouldn't have to move from the keyboard to the mouse at the end of each line entry.
