Add "For Sale" as an alternative EM Equipment Status to separate from active pieces

Adding another EM Equipment Status would allow us to record revenue and costs to the machine while separating it from the list of active equipment. Reports showing costs and utilization would be more accurate since anomalies in cost/revenue caused by the efforts to sell the machine would be removed.
