PM Cost Projection Detail Window - Line Attachments not Viewable

In order to facilitate more accurate cost+ billings for expenses, we attach expense report attachments at the line level so they are only associated with that job for client billing. however line level attachments are not viewable in the PM Cost Projection Editor screen - only Header attachments.
