In PR Pay Period Control in Vista, if a pay period's start date is adjusted after the pay period was created, it can cause downstream effects in other tools such as Field Tickets & Grid Timecards in Vista Web that need recreation. If when creating the pay period in PR Pay Period Control a validation or warning pops up if the # of days / weeks in the Standard Days / Weeks fields don't align with the dates within the period's Start Date and End Date, it would prompt the user to double check / correct the start date before users have timecard data that may be entered against incorrect dates & later needs to be re-entered after the pay period start date has been corrected.
