In MS Ticket Entry, MS Invoice Edit or MS Invoice Reprint add an option to attach/scan a document (ex. delivery/job tickets) that will then be attached to that particular invoice. Then add an option for a drilldown to view invoices by customer and open the attachments or perhaps an Attachments button on the invoice reprint or open item statement.
