Under SM Serviceable Items. If a Tech makes a piece of equipment, it gets marked as inactive and the tech doesn't see the equipment. If The Service Item already exists on this site, but it's marked inactive the tech doesn't see it. It would be nice to Alert the techs of a duplicate Item numbers.
