Our company recently upgraded to the Cloud and the Preview reports is inefficient in three ways.
1) Issue: Why can't we print to our local printer? Only PDF. Suggestion: bring back the ability to print to a local printer.
2) Issue: When exporting and saving the file, the File name default is "CrystalReportView". In the non-cloud version, the report name carried over into this field and it made it easier to save the file. Suggestion: bring back feature from old to cloud version.
3) Suggestion: in addition to the page buttons, make it possible to scroll continuously as well.
