Payroll rounding on OT calculation to two decimals instead of three

Would like the system to be able to either choose or round the OT calculation to two decimals instead of three. We are having rounding issues with our certified reports when exporting to XML and uploading into certified report software. The software rounds to two decimals causing the certifieds to be rejected because of the rounding differences.
