350: HR OSHA Form 300A - Launcher; ADD Total Ave. Employee Field

The OSHA 300A form that gets generated requires that we indicate the # of hours, and the average # of employees. When filling in the launcher, only the #of hours field is available to be filled in. But, when you preview the report, Ave # of employees is on the report but no box is available to fill in on the launcher to fill in that field on the report. I feel like this was meant to be on the launcher but was missed when proofing the fields.
