Custom Combo Boxes should short Display Value Alphabetically

When you create a custom combo box, the seq # is assigned as you add them. You cannot reorganize them and it does not display them alphabetically.

Suggest adding an option to display in order of seq # or alphabetically by the Display Value. This will give users the ability to support either method.
