It would be so beneficial to be able to open 2 windows for service sites at the same time. Sometimes I need info from one service site to fill in the next.

You can already do this. Select Options > User Options from the main menu and check the 'Allow multiple instances of a form'. Click OK to save and you will be able to open more than one instance of any Vista form by clicking on it again in the menu.
