Add an "Are you Sure" button before deleting an AP Batch

Have the system prompt you before deleting a batch in AP. For example if you are looking at a batch in AP Unapproved Invoice Entry and hit clear batch thinking you are just releasing the batch and it is gone with no way to get it back :-(
