VA Report Security - Allow Search to show all users & security groups with access to an identified report.

Often I need to see which users/security groups have access to a specific report. Currently there is no easy way to get this information. The only way you can do this currently is to run a separate search of each user/security group, one at a time. This is extremely cumbersome for those with hundreds of users and/or security groups. Note that VA form security already has this feature. It just needs to be added to VA report security.
