Currently, the JB T&M Bill Edit Bill Lines form is a pop up on JB T&M Bill Edit. This means that when Bill Lines is open, you cannot navigate anywhere else in Vista, making it impossible to do the research needed for some line items.
If we had a separate form for Bill Lines, we could fine the appropriate bill, and still be able to run reports or do other things while we're editing the billable lines.
