Please consider adding shortcut options such as uploading attachments to employee files. This would help tremendously in uploading files faster. Also, a mass upload option to upload multiples files at once to store in separate attachments, but as one file such as I have disciplinary forms that belong to employees and may have 5 files - I would have to upload each one individually. If there was an option to select more than one file, this would help!
