Adding "Void" status to Purchase Order in addition to "Delete"

Can we add "Void" status to PO and ability to make a note so that we know why it's voided? Delete will eliminate the PO from the system and we cannot go back and review what happened.

  We need it/want it. It's a better option over deleting the PO.
