Expand related forms when adding custom fields

When creating a custom field such as Nickname or Company Cell phone in Keystyle/HR Resources, it would be nice if these fields could also show in the PR Tables similar to PM Project Phases(PMProjectPhases) can be related to the JC Job Phases form.
