Since we are in the cloud, we have no control over when tax routines are installed. It would be nice to have them installed and initialized in a timely manner. Our accounting team is not aware that routines are available unless we tell them (or now support must notify them). It would be quite helpful if there is a banner along the top of Vista indicating that "Uninitialized tax routines are available." for users who have access to PR Routines. Since the "Logo Panel" can be hidden, making a new pane underneath it for notifications would be helpful.
