AP Vendors - City Field - Increase Character limit

The City column in APAA (Additional Addresses) is limited to 20 characters. This should be expanded to 50 to allow for longer/combined city names.

    Please increase the field. Long city names from Quebec Canada can not fit to 20 characters.
