Option to remove the description field from populating automatically in AP automatic invoicing

The description field now auto fills based on the invoice data. We do not want this field to be completed but have no way to turn off the feature.

  Yes, please make it an option sooner than later as it is cluttering up all of our reports and prints on our checks. MY AP people now need to delete every single description or stop using the program as the information it is pulling doesn't add any value.

  I second this note above. My AP team needs to now delete these description from ever invoice so it doesn't print on the checks.
