password reset policy - not visible to users

Could your team please revised the “password must” instructions and include them in the reset password page since nowhere in the password reset page it states that password must be 20 characters long: as per EMCOR policy

when users hover over the new password field it says the requirement is 12 characters and not 20 characters. please see attachment included it
