There is a video tutorial in the Viewpoint Academy for Job Cost Change orders that recommends using JC Change Orders instead of PM Change Orders. Whereas, Form Help in Vista states that it is recommended to use PM Change. It states that PM and JC use different tables to store change order detail. Processing CO's using PM Change Order will provide the most comprehensive level of reporting. If this is the recommended method, then 1) there should be a video teaching how to use it, 2) the video in Viewpoint Academy should state that it is preferable to use PM Change Orders. These two instructions lead to confusion and should be more consistent.
