Faster Access to Open Subcontract Detail

In PM Approved Change Orders, add a Subcontract Detail tab to the bottom ACO Item section or a button on the top task bar for easier access instead of having to go into the Tasks drop down every single ACO item. It becomes a lot of clicking when you have 100+ item ACOs.
