When support accesses our system and grants themselves full access, they get access per-user to all things but they're also added to ALL security groups. I have MANY security groups and some are almost entirely occupied by vcssupport members so it gets very difficult to manage my groups easily.
Since they get FULL per-user access there is no need to add them to security groups at all. For now I've decided to DELETE DDSU where VPUserName like '%vcssupport%' periodically* but I shouldn't need to.
*Kids, don't try this at home unless you know what you're doing.
