Ability to Create & Send Related Item Attachments

Should be able to utilize the Create and Send and have the ability to select any of the attachments that are attached with a Related Item. For example, in the PM Daily Log, if I link to a PM Other Document, when I go to Create & Send that Daily Log, I'd like the ability to then include the attachment from the PM Other Document as well
