Allow you to add an attachment to an AP entry from a closed month that is also paid

A lot of the time suppliers don't release an invoice until the material is paid for and delivered so we only have an order acknowledgment to make an entry off of so I'd like to be able to add the invoice once received so I have all backup for audit purposes.

  Hello, you can accomplish this by using "DM Transaction Attachments"
