For any given Service Site, we may want to bill the owner, property manager or the tenant. We want to provide the technicians the visibility into all of the services performed at the site regardless of who the bill to is.
However, when setting up an agreement the customer on the agreement is the Bill to and there is no way to override this or open the agreement under the Bill To customer and pull in sites from another customer.
We need a better way to handle this than creating duplicate AR customers and duplicate sites under them.

While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
One option is to allow you to enter whatever customer on the agreement header you want and then be able to pull sites onto that agreement that are not under that customer number. When the Work orders are generated, they are created under the Agreement customer not the Site Site. Perhaps some relationship tables to show them linked would be helpful.
