Automate moving employees between different companies

Add a function in PRCo to extend the movement of an employee from one company to another to include VA User Profile and Vista Web Portal.

Currently if an Employee is moved to a new company in PRCo, VA User Profile becomes inaccurate and the web portal creates a new user account that is a shell losing all existing set-up from the original user creating an opportunity for gaps in the expense/reimbursement process until IT corrects the VA User Profile and the configures the new Web Portal account.

It would be helpful if there were a checkbox or something in PRCo so when PR moves an employee to a new company they can elect to update the employee in VA User Profile in the web portal as well. This would modify the existing PRCo in VA User Profile AND COPY all configurations from the old(Inactive) Web Portal account to the new account. So items like Manager, Expense Reviewer, Credit card Number, VPID link is all automated no longer requiring manual intervention when an employee is moved.
