In these technology times it doesn't make sense to send out a form - vendor fills it out - sends it back - and then we have to manually enter all the information in or create some kind of import file. This pre-qualification form should be interactive i.e. the vendor receives a link to the form they fill it out and it auto populates back into Vista. We currently use another system for our pre-quals but it doesn't tie back to Vista so it would be nice to have it all in our accounting system..
