There should be an option that an automatic email gets sent to the specific recruiter/s that are selected on the Job Requisition when an applicant applies, to notify the recruiter to review the application on the HR Management portal. Currently, the only option is to do a blind copy in the "Email Template ID for Submitted Email Response" but that will send an email to all recruiters and not specific to the Job Requisition.
