Why it’s useful: Stops misleading numbers. The JB Change Order Billing report should show current billed-to-date for each CO, not the first partial % forever.
Who benefits: Project managers, billing/AP/AR, controllers/CFOs, auditors... and any owner/client reviewing progress billings.
How it should work: On every run, pull cumulative billed-to-date per Change Order across all billing cycles (same source as Progress Billing/CO Billings), and update the report to show This Period, To-Date, and Remaining—regardless of whether the CO was fully billed the first cycle it appeared. This is a fix to shipped functionality, not a net-new feature.
